Passed away unexpectedly at his Waterloo residence on Friday May 26, 2017 at the age of 51 years. Loving son of Hilda Konnerth. Predeceased by his father Paul in 2015 and his brother Paul in 1993. Walter will be fondly remembered by his extended family in Austria. Walter was a dedicated employee at Hogg Ready Mix in Kitchener. Friends are invited to share their memories of Walter with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday May 29 from 6-8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Tuesday May 30, 2017 from 12 -1 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 1 p.m. Rev. Dr. William Mundt officiating. Reception to follow in the Fireside Room of the funeral home. Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Kitchener. Condolences for the family and donations to Bethel Lutheran Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario may be arranged through the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.
