Obituary of Walter “Wally” Longney
Peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 21, 2017. Wally Longney of Gilford at 78 years of age. Beloved husband of Lynne Tipton. Loving dad of Greg Tipton (Sue Martin), Steve (Shelley) Tipton and Kelly (Brendan) Adams. Proud Poppa of James, Brent; Julia; and Kendra. Dear brother of Joan (Dan) and Rick (Patty). Friends may call at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for visitation on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 11 a.m. followed by cremation. In Wally’s memory, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
