Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, on Sunday, July 23,2017 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of Anne Czepita for seventy years. Loving father of Wally (Jan) and Len (Cindy). Proud grandfather of Darren (Samantha), Justine (Craig), Hilary (Tyler), Matthew (Lauren) and Kristin, and great-grandfather of Miller, Blair, Jack and Kaylee. Predeceased by son, David James, parents James and Caroline and sister Mary Novosel. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 11a.m., followed by reception in the Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Carpenter Hospice or St. Raphael’s Catholic Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
