Virginia Casavant

On June 20, 2017, Virginia Casavant of Blue Ridge, AB, passed away at the age of 76 years.
Virginia is survived by her children, Diana (John) Schneider of Whitecourt, AB, Lane Casavant of Taylor, BC, Dallas Thompson of Mayerthorpe, AB, and Alana (Malcolm) Rathwell of Blue Ridge, AB; grandchildren, Michelle (Carey), Micheal (Bryna), Becky (Mike), Treena (Mike), Patrick (Nadine), James, Miranda, Cody, Morgan and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Tristan, Easton, Kadence, Kaydance, Ryland, Riley, Kameron, Makenna, Ashton, Kyson and Reese; brothers, Jerry (Monique) Frey, Marvin (Juanita) Williams and Bob (Judy) Williams; and sisters, Sharon Peacock and Wanda (Randy) Huntley.
Predeceased by husband, Albert (2005); parents, Jake and Jennie Williams; and brother-in-law, Ken Peacock.
Thank you to the doctors and staff of the Whitecourt Healthcare Centre for their supportive care and kindness shown to Virginia and the family.
Respecting Virginia’s wishes, no service will be held. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Friends of Whitecourt Society, Box 1101, Whitecourt, AB T7S 1P1.
