On January 4, 2017 Mrs. Yvette Marie-Ange VanBrabant of St. Paul passed away at the age of 94 years. She is survived by 3 daughters & 7 sons, Cecile (Clive) Lowe of Comox, BC, Paul (Lucy) of Saskatoon, SK, Laurette (Dale) Sherick of Sherwood Park, Jean (Shelley) of Camrose, Jacques (Sienna) of Sechelt, BC, Alphonse (Lorraine) of St. Paul, Marcel (Lorena) of Vegreville, Rene (Vicky) of Bonnyville, Rita (Vic) Gill of St. Paul & Antoine (Maxine) of Wainwright; 29 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, Florian (Marguerite) of St. Paul; sister-in-law, Alice Ayotte; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Henri; son, Louis; grandson, Tyson; parents, Theodore & Leona Ayotte; 4 brothers, Emile, Alphonse, Jean-Baptiste & Lionel; 8 sisters, Analda, Albina, Cecile, Marie-Anne, Bernadette, Florida, Emilia & Rose. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 10 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant, with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, St. Paul.
