Obituary for Travis Patrick McNeill
Travis Patrick McNeill
1995 – 2017
It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to our son Travis, who passed away at East Kootenay Regional Hospital on February 26, 2017, with his family by his side. He was born on November 3, 1995 in Cranbrook.
Travis had a zest for life; he faced numerous setbacks but somehow always had a smile on his face. He lived to watch his Barney movies and communicate his favorite sayings. Travis enjoyed school while he was able to attend. He loved to be around his family and be in the middle of whatever shenanigans were going on around him. It was important to him to be included no matter what it was. He enjoyed camping with his family and being on a floatie in the lake and would giggle when he got splashed with water or when the waves rocked him up and down.
He is survived by his father Patrick McNeill (Tracy Cross), mother Brenda McNeill, sister Crystal Johnson, brother Tyler McNeill, grandparents Stella McNeill, Evelyn Mason, and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
Travis was predeceased by his grandfathers Robert McNeill and Kenneth Mason, great-grandparents, aunts, and uncles on both sides of the family.
Travis will always be in our hearts and forever missed.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Travis’ father will be holding a separate Celebration of Life service for Travis at 2:00 pm, Friday, March 17, 2017 at McPherson Funeral Home Chapel in Cranbrook.
