Thomas Scott – (September 5, 1926 – August 15, 2017)

Thomas Scott of Limestone, NB, passed away at Riverside Court, 870 Main Street, Woodstock on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at the age of 90. Tom was born in Kirkland, NB, on September 5, 1926, son of the late Robert A. and Hazel (Burns) Scott. He is survived by two sons, Peter (Angie) Scott of Limestone, NB, and Andrew (Agnes) Scott of Sparwood, BC; one brother Donald (Betty) Scott of Elmwood, NB; two grandchildren, Nicholas Scott of Oyama, BC and Alicia (William) Kroll of Waren, Manitoba; one great granddaughter Natalie Kroll; a sister-in-law, Lois Scott; and a special friend, Valerie Sabyan. Besides his parents, Tom was pre-deceased by his wife Betty (Yetton) Scott, and several sisters and brothers. He is resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, with visiting on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Masonic Service will be held Friday at 7:00pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Greg Williams will be officiating, with interment in the McKenzie Corner United Church Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the Kidney foundation, the Heart and Stroke foundation, or a memorial of the donor’s choice. www.scottfh.com
