Passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital, on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at the age of 57. Devoted husband of the late Alicia (2016). Beloved father of Danielle. Tom will be missed by his brothers Russell (Sue) and Andy (Lisa).
Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 starting at 12p.m. until the time of the Service of Remembrance at 1 p.m. in the Chapel.
