1923-2017
The death of Theresa Mary (Murphy) Webb, wife of the late
John Frederick Webb, Occurred on May 3, 2017, at the Saint John
Regional Hospital. Born on January 15, 1923 in St.
John’s, NL, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Mary
(Finn) Murphy.
Theresa will be lovingly remembered by her sons: John Webb
(Jackie), Wayne Webb (Cheryl), Phillip Webb (Viola), Donald Webb
(Andrea), Joseph Webb (Wendy) and Peter Webb; daughters: Margaret
Burton, Linda Webb, Marilyn MacDonald (Kenneth) and Donna Craft
(Brad); brothers: Charles and Clayton Murphy; sister, Alice Cain;
several grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with numerous
nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband Theresa was predeceased by
her brothers: John Murphy (Hilda), James Murphy and Francis Murphy
(Kay); sisters: Margaret Murphy and Kathleen Kelly; infant brother,
William Murphy; brother-in-law, Tom Cain and son-in-law, Frank Burton.
Resting at Brenan’s Bay View Funeral
Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint
John (634-7425), with visitation on Sunday, May 7 from
2 pm – 4 pm and 6pm – 8pm. The Funeral
Service will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017, at 11 AM from
Brenan’s Bay View Chapel. Interment will take
place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. For those who wish,
donations in Theresa’s memory can be made to IWK Health
Center Foundation or a charity of the Donor’s
Choice.
