Theresa “Terri” Hallman passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of January 5, 2017 in Wetaskiwin Hospital at the age of 84. She is survived by her four children, Thomas (Mandy) Sewell, Michael (Joyce) Sewell, Douglas (Margaret) Sewell and Kathy Sewell (Doug McKaque); eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She is also survived by four step children, Boyd (Theresa) Hallman, Jay Hallman, Jim (Jan) Hallman, Judy (Brian) Watson, and daughters-in-law, Jo-Anne Hallman and Lucy Duncan, 22 step grandchildren and 34 step great grandchildren. Her remaining siblings, Marie Blais, Ernestine Malyk and Madeleine LeBorgne also mourn her loss.
Terri was predeceased by her first husband, James Sewell; second husband, Stewart “Winston” Hallman; step sons, Keith and Bruce Hallman; an infant son and two infant step grandsons.
A special thank-you to Dr. Kirwan, staff of Unit 43, all the other care providers who assisted Terri during her declining health and all who took time to visit with her. Each of you helped to make her life a little brighter during some difficult times.
A Celebration of Life is planned for early spring as cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Terri’s memory can be made to Canadian Blood Services, Boys and Girls Club of Wetaskiwin or the Edmonton Humane Society.
