Terry passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the age of 59 years. Terry will be dearly missed and forever remembered by his brother, Brad (Denise); sister Darilyn (Walter); mother Ann; nephews: Jeff (Aly), Jake; niece Olivia; and extended family and dear friends.
