Terry Duane VanBuskirk AKA PILGRAM
1947-2017
Terry VanBuskirk of Moncton passed away on Friday, October
13, 2017. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late William and
Mercy (Donnelly) VanBuskirk.
Terry was a former dispatcher and taxi driver, an avid Hockey
and baseball fan, having never missed a Moncton Hawks game when they
were part of the AHL for Moncton.
He will be dearly missed by his daughters Sheryl VanBuskirk
(Todd Doiron) of Moncton and Susan Rowland (Robert Baker) of Edmonton,
AB; grandchildren, Amanda, Jesse VanBuskirk (Amanda Rowland);
great-grandchildren, Abby, Bella, Trynity and Kole; his special
friend, Leisa Hachey; sisters, Sandra Jones of Moncton, Donna Tremble
(Gordon) of Point du Chêne; as well as several nieces and
nephews. Besides his parents, Terry was predeceased by siblings, Rae,
Vera, Eileen, Bill, Gerry, Danny and Brian.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd.,
Riverview (869-2007). Cremation has taken place. Donations can be made
in Terry’s memory to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or
the Canadian Diabetes Assoc. Condolences may be expressed at
