Tammy Schnare

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tammy Joanne Schnare, on Friday, March 31, 2017, at Hospice Wellington, in her 44th year. After a brave battle with cancer, despite her admirable courage, determination and spunk, Tammy sadly lost her fight and found peace with her family by her side.
Loving wife of Jeff Whalen. Proud mother of Breanna Lillian Schnare and Noah William Schnare. Cherished daughter of Howard and Sheryl Schnare (Cabeldu). “Brat” will be painfully missed by her sister Liza Parisotto (Steve) and her nephew Nicholas; and also by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Brian Whalen (Sandra), Tony Whalen (Angelina), Rodney Whalen, Norm Whalen (Lori), Trevor Whalen (Krista) and Betty Anne Whalen, along with their families. Granddaughter of Donald Cabeldu and the late Joan Wilson. Also predeceased by grandparents Bill and Marie Schnare.
Tammy, with her witty sense of humour and vibrant personality, will be missed dearly by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Friends are invited to join the family to celebrate Tammy’s life at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, on Wednesday, April 5th at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Memorial donations, in Tammy’s honour, to Hospice Wellington would be appreciated by her family. Donation cards are available at the funeral home, or donations and condolences may be sent online, at www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com
