Peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Saturday June 10, 2017. Suzanne Jacob in her 61st year. Beloved wife of Jim Gatenby of Joyceville. Dear mother of Andrew (Victoria) of Elgin, Danielle (Shawn) Kelly of Belleville. Dear sister of Lynne Jacob of Montreal, Darlene (Carl) Lake of Elgin, Pam O’Neil of B.C., and Dianne (Kevin) McFadden of Elgin. Survived by her father, Clark (Edith) Jacob of Elgin. Predeceased by her mother, Verna Jacob and her brother, John. Fondly remembered by grandchildren, Maddison, Morgan, Megan, Brooklyn and Jacob. Also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin, on Thursday from 1-3 and 6-9. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
