It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Stephen P. Kelly
of Prince William, NB on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Upper River
Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Born on September 6, 1952 in
Moncton, NB he was the son of the late Shirley and Greta (Burns)
Kelly.
Stephen loved his old cars, playing his guitar, playing crib and
fishing with his fishing buddy, Mike Blanchette.
He is survived by his partner, Patsy King; sons Stephen Hickey of
Woodstock, NB and Robert Hickey (Paula) of Ontario; a grandson,
Brendon Hill (Chelsey), Oromocto, NB; great grandchildren, Alivia and
Mason; Patsy’s children, Peter King (Dawn) and their son Jacob,
Nashwaak Bridge, NB, Laurie Anderson (Darrol) and their daughter
Dakota, Pokiok Settlement, NB and Krista King (Rodney) and their
children, Zachary and Oliver, Woodstock, NB; Patsy’s mother,
Mable MacDonald, Harvey, NB; sisters, Diane Palmer (Thom), New York,
Beatrice Kelly (Bill) Edmonton, AB; brothers Jack (Karen) Terrace, BC,
Gerald of Boston Bar, BC; brother-in-law Russell Scott, Mazerolle
Settlement,NB; nephews David Scott (Janice), Scotch Settlement, NB and
Sandy Mazerolle, Hanwell, NB and several aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law in Patsy’s
family and many, many friends.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by sisters Hilda Scott
in 2012 and Jean Rogers in 2012.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis
Drive, Nackawic, NB on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 7 ot 9 p.m.
Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday,
March 22, 2017 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Greg Williams officiating.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Stephen, the family
has suggested the SPCA, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the
donor’s choice.
