On December 4, 2017, Mr. John Stanley of Frog Lake passed away at the age of 73 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Irene; 9 children, Donalda (Clem), Derrick (Trish), Darrell (Cyndie), Myrna (Guy), Jayden, Doug, Samantha, Colin (Melanie) & Duane; 14 grandchildren, Stacie, Jody, Brandy, Brandon, Erica, Bobby, Chayne, Alex, Sheena, Raven, Madison, Tanisha, Shylo & Hunter; 9 great-grandchildren, Leearin, Kemper, K’s, Aidan, Jorryn, Ella, Ensley,Bexson, Jeremiah & one on the way; siblings, Jerry, Lloyd (Ruby), Henry (Vivian), Ernest (Julien), George (Velma), Ruby (Tommy), Irene (Victor), Rema (Keith), Joe & Louie; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, J.B. (2005) & Agnes (1998) Stanley; daughter, Beverly (1971); brother, Tommy (1982); adopted brother, Lawson Collins (2012); best friend & brother-in-law, Donald Angus (1992). A Wake will be held on Sunday & Monday, December 10 (Leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & 11 at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake. Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Norman C. Quinney Careers Centre, Frog Lake.
