Obituary for Stanley Morrow
Passed away peacefully at his home in Burlington on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland on March 14, 1931. Beloved husband of Sandra. Cherished father of Christy (Navin) and David (Roxann). Adored grandfather of Ethan, Kelsey, Violet and Charlotte. Survived by his siblings Marjorie and John. Predeceased by his siblings Johnston, Herbert, James and Victor. Stanley will be dearly missed by many extended family members and friends. There was nothing that Stan loved more than a good story, a great conversation, and to be surrounded by people he loved. Visitation at Smith’s Funeral Home, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), Burlington, on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Wellspring Church, 4457 New Street, Burlington, on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 1 p.m. A private interment will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Acclaim Health, specifically the Oakville Adult Day Program, or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
