On March 22, 2017, Mrs. Bertha Sloan of Boscombe passed away at the age of 88 years. She is survived by 3 daughters & 3 sons, Jean (Delbert) Cutshaw, Gay (Dwayne) Waye, Timothy Sloan, Frank (Maureen) Sloan, Ryan (Mary Anne) Sloan & Theresa McQueen; daughter-in-law, Vernial Sloan, 25 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Raymond Eiklor & Edward Eiklor, numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, A. Bennie; son, Dennis; a son in infancy; great-grandson, Adam; great-granddaughter, Christine; & 2 daughters-in-law, Loretta & Kathy. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 27 at 12:00 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Reverend Robert Wright will be officiating, with interment in Willowgrove Cemetery, Owlseye.
