Mrs. Sivayogam Erambamoorthy peacefully passed-away on
December 27, 2016 at the Hospice Wellington in Guelph, Ontario. She is the mother of Dr. Kayal Thevathasan (Guelph General Hospital) and mother-in-law of Dr. Naresh Thevathasan (University of Guelph) and grandmother of Ms. Naythrah Thevathasan (KFLA, Kingston) and
Isaac Thevathasan (University of Guelph).
Funeral arrangements:
Venue: Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home
1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, ON. N1G 4X9
Date: December 30, 2017 (Friday)
Viewing: 11 am to 1 PM
Funeral service: 1 pm to 1:45 pm, service conducted by
Pastor Fule Badoe of River of Life International Fellowship, Guelph.
Fellowship: 2 pm to 4 pm in the basement of the Funeral Home.
