SINCLAIR Guy - September 15

SINCLAIR Guy – September 15, 1946 – April 12, 2017

September 15, 1946 – April 12, 2017
We are heartbroken to announce that Guy Sinclair passed away suddenly in Calgary, AB at the age of 70 years. Guy was born in Saint-Quentin, New Brunswick to René and Raymonde (nee Rioux) Sinclair and grew up there with his 12 brothers and sisters. He later moved to Thompson, Manitoba where he and his wife, Carolyn (nee Harnish) raised their son, Daniel and where, in his younger years, he worked in the mines with his brothers. Guy was a great guy and highly respected in the community. He spent a lot of time and was highly involved with the Lions Club in Thompson and later in Calgary as well. He was a very hard worker, running his own delivery business – Townhouse Delivery – in Thompson for many years. Guy also loved the outdoors, fishing and camping and spending time with family. We are very happy that we were able to have Guy close to us for the last five years when he moved to Cochrane, Alberta.
Guy will be dearly missed by his son Daniel and his wife Janine and their two children Mason and Mia; and his large and loving family, his brothers and sisters, Marcel, Mary-Leen, Bernice, Diane, Benoit, Bernard, Denise, Jeannine, Gilles, Morel, Michel, and their families; and many other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents and his brother Rénald.
At Guy’s request, there will be no funeral service, however flowers are welcome and appreciated and may be delivered to Cochrane Country Funeral Home at #6, 402 Railway St. W, Cochrane, AB T4C 2B6 403-932-1039.
