March 6 1942 – October 1 2017 Shirley passed away at St Paul’s hospital on October 1st after a courageous 5 year battle with Ovarian cancer. The funeral service will be held on October 14 2017 at 1pm at Acadia McKague Funeral Center Shirley is survived by one son Brian(Lorraine) and their children Allison and Matthew; daughter Lana and her children Brooklynn, Connor and Taylor. She is also survived by one sister Marg Salisbury as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband Otto, son Darryl, parents Harold and Florence Cross, brothers Brian and Henry Cross and sister Sharon Cross. Mom loved gardening and being outdoors more then that she loved being with her family.
We would like to thank Dr Geide and staff at the Cancer Center, the staff at RUH and St Paul’s Palliative Care. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Ovarian Cancer Research.
