Obituary of Shirley McNabb
Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at Chapman House Hospice in Owen Sound on Sunday, October 22nd, 2017. Shirley Doreen McNabb (nee Brown), of R. R. #1, Meaford. Dearly loved wife of Ron McNabb. Loving mother of Brenda Kean, of Meaford, Sherry Maxwell (Grant), of East Linton, Ken Robinson (Doris), of Jackson, Juanita Robinson (Tom Doherty), of East Linton and Shannon Boyd (Doug), of Meaford. Proud grandmother of Tina (Duane), Tammy (Paul), Shane (Jennifer), Carey (Trent), Sabrina, Jamie, Bryce and Sydney (Levi) and 13 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Louise Julian, of Woodstock, Royetta Chard, of Holland Centre and Kelsie (Ron) Welsh, of Balmy Beach. Predeceased by her parents, Roy and Mae Brown and her son-in-law, Tim Kean.
Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Friday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Memorial Service for Shirley McNabb will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Saturday, October 28th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kathy Underwood officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Chapman House Hospice as an expression of sympathy.
