Peacefully taken to her Lord and Saviour on October 17, 2017 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Ralph Campbell for 40 years. Predeceased by brother Robert Hoffman and daughter Sandra Legere. Survived by sisters Betty Jones and Carol Dickin , both of Cambridge and Jane Morris of Florida. Also survived by sons Herbert Shrubsall of London, Richard Shrubsall (Debbie) of Brantford, and Steve Shrubsall of Kitchener, daughters Debra Clutterbuck of Brantford, Gayle Allen (Jeff) of Kingston, and brother-in-law Dennis Campbell (Betty) of Scarborough. The family wishes to acknowledge their admiration and appreciation for the wonderful compassionate care received at Grand River Stroke Unit and Freeport Palliative Unit. As per Shirley’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private celebration of Shirley’s life is to be arranged at a later date.
