Shirley M. Biggar
1933-2017
The death of Shirley Madeline (Kenney) Biggar occurred on Sunday,
November 26, 2017 at Ruth Anna’s Ladies Home in Hartland. Born April
5, 1933 in Knowlesville, she was the daughter of the late Everett and
Ethel (Branscombe) Kenney. She was also predeceased by her husband,
James; son Eldon Gauvin; step son, Scott Biggar; sisters, Queenie and
Willa; brothers, Ronald, Gerald, Maynard and Norval.
Shirley is survived by her 3 children, Gary Gauvin (Teresa) of Tracy,
NB, Lorraine Brown (Roger) of East Glassville and Valerie Tompkins
(Leon) of Knowlesville; step children, Paula Biggar and Steven Biggar;
15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; daughter in law, Marilyn
Gauvin; brother, Fred Kenney; brother in law, James Wasson; sister in
law, Faye Kenney as well as several nieces, nephews and extended
family.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207
Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from
4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017
at 2:00 pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. Pastor Murray
Whitehouse will officiate. Interment will be in the Forest Hill
Cemetery, Esdraelon. Donations made to Forest Hill Cemetery or a
charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
