With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved
mother, grandmother and friend, Sheila “Donna” Marie Loatman
(Hogan), which occurred on Friday, November 3, 2017 at the Saint John
Regional Hospital. Sheila was born on September 21, 1941 in
Saint John, to James and Helena (Blizzard)
Hogan.
She will be lovingly missed by her children: Leslie (Tammy),
Brian (Kerrie), Craig (Pam) and Randy; numerous grandchildren and
great grandchildren; brothers: Brian (Freda) and Francis;
brother-in-law, Fred Spivey as well as several nieces, nephews and
other members of her extended family.
In addition to her parents, Sheila was also predeceased by
her daughter, Crystalann; brothers: Albert (Geraldine), Jimmy and
Dougie; sisters: Shirley (Rev. James), Janet, Olive, Doreen and
Inez.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111
Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on
Monday, November 6, 2017 from 7 pm – 9 pm and Tuesday,
November, 7, 2017 from 2 pm – 4 pm and 6 pm – 8
pm. A funeral Service will be held from Trinity Anglican
Church, 115 Charlotte Street, Saint John, on Wednesday, November 8,
2017 at 10 am. Interment to take place at Cedar Hill
Extension Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to
the Canadian Diabetes Association.
