It is with broken hearts that the family of Sadie Ann Crilley
announces her passing, which occurred at the Saint John Regional
Hospital on Saturday, July 8, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Saint John on January 15, 2004, Sadie was the cherished
daughter of Michael and Gail (Fillmore) Crilley.
Sadie was a gifted artist with talent far beyond her years,
especially excelling in graphics and mixed media. She kept busy with
working toward her black belt in Jiu Jitsu, practicing to join a
roller derby team and maintaining perfect grades in school. She loved
music, playing guitar, and spending time with her friends and
close-knit family.
In addition to her parents, Sadie will be missed by: her
grandparents, Joanne and Charles Fillmore, and Colleen and Frank
Crilley; her Uncles, Chuck, Doug and Don; Aunts, Marta (Jason),
Katherine and Shannon; and her cousins, whom she loved like siblings,
Reese, Chris, Pam, Sydney, Gabe, Julia, Ben, Audrey and
Clara.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral
Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with
visitation on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 11 and 12, 2017 from 2-4 and
6-8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Rose of
Lima Church, 541 Milford Road, Saint John on Thursday, July 13, 2017
at 12:00 pm. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. For
those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer
Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, IWK
Children’s Hospital or a charity of the donor’s
choice.
