Suddenly at Bradford, on Monday, June 12th, 2017. Sadie was the beloved wife of the late Frederick George Allen, she was 91 years old. The proud and loving mother of William of North Bay and Vickey Paterson Keswick. She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Krystyna Rodmell (Jason), Rebecca Harris, Amanda Vernon (Mark) and by her great grandchildren Madison, Dylan and William. Dearly loved sister of Bob Black and his wife Elsie also of North Bay. She was predeceased by her parents Clarence and Enie Black and by her sister Marian Greno. Fred passed away in 2010 and they had been married for 58 years. For many years Sadie and Fred had be dedicated member of St. Brice’s Anglican Church, and she was an active member of the Quilters Guild there. Friends may call at the Martyn Funeral Home for visiting on Monday, June 19th from 10:00am until time for a Memorial Service to celebrate Sadie’s life at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
