At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.
Ruth Theobald (Pearson), 82, of Kinmount. Beloved wife of the late David LaFerte Theobald (December 10, 2001). Loving mother of Steve Theobald (Karen), Julie McIlmoyle (Randy), Lori Hacking (Doug), Cathy Maher (Dave) and Jennifer McGillis (Joe). Dear Nana of Joey (Brianna) and Sarah (Emmott) Theobald; Jonathan (Falyn) and Ben McIlmoyle; Kyle, Matthew and Alexander Karas; Sam and Nic Maher; Mitch, Andy and Julia McGillis. Great Nana to Fox, Winnie, David, Josh and Josephine. Aunt Ruth will be fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Road, P.O. Box 427, Minden K0M 2K0 on Sunday from 1:00 until 4:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 4026 County Road 21, Kinmount at 11:00 am.
Interment St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Cemetery, Kinmount. Reception to follow at the Galway Hall, Kinmount.
Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
