Ruth Amelia Mullen – Age 78 of Easton, passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord, November 24, 2017. Born June 14, 1939 in Easton she was a daughter of the late Harold Chalton and Elsie Lee Mullen. Ruth was a dedicated Christian and member of Havelock Wesleyan Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was well known for her excellent quilting and cooking skills. Many of her quilts were purchased by tourists throughout Canada and USA. Ruth and her brother, Ronald cared for their mother until her passing in 1977. She worked at a motel in Banff, Alberta and as a cook at Pines Hotel in Digby. She…
