Peacefully, on Sunday, September 3, 2017, Ruby passed away at the Douglas Campbell Lodge at the age of 96 years.
Ruby is survived by her son Robert of Edmonton, AB, granddaughter Shelley (Jeff) Jannise of Nanaimo, BC, and great-granddaughters Christina and Sierra of Vancouver Island, BC. She was predeceased by her husband Bill, parents James and Mary McCartney and her sisters Minnie and Florence.
A private family interment will take place at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
