Mr. Roy Pollard, of Saskatoon and formerly of Blaine Lake passed away on October 19, 2017 at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon at the age of 82 years. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 @ 3:00 p.m. from Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel 8 Street East, Saskatoon, SK with Reverend Father Tuyen Vu officiating. Interment will follow the service in the columbarium “Lasting Tribute Niche” at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens cemetery. Left to cherish his memory are his loving family; wife Annette; his sons Wendall (Bessie) Pollard and their children Lindsey (Cam) Sloan and Kim (Justin) Clews; Les (Elaine) Pollard and their children Chris (Lynn) Pollard and Jessica (Calvin) Cox; Glenn Pollard and his children Justin Pollard and Taylor Pollard; brother Larry (Betty) Pollard and sister in law Donna Pollard. Roy was predeceased by his mother and father Lindsay and Edna Pollard and by one brother Ron Pollard. Memorial donations in memory of Roy may be directed to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan 1738 Quebec Ave #26, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9 or to a Charity of the Donor’s Choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Eternal Memories Funeral Service & Crematorium, Blaine Lake, Saskatchewan.
