In Loving Memory of
Mrs. Rose Vanier (nee Bélanger)
May 15th, 1933 – December 2nd, 2017
Peacefully at the Haliburton Hospital with her family by her side on Saturday evening, December 2, 2017 in her 85th year. Loving mother of Michael (Joanne), Carole and Candice (Perry Brown). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Dan, Trish, Samantha, Charlene, Scott, Jacquilyn and by her great grandchildren Zeke, Izzy and Oliver. Predeceased by her brothers Armand, Alphonse, Philippe, Maurice and her sister Irene. Also lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Rose enjoyed her prayers, readings, crocheting and most of all her family.
Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Cardiff on Monday morning, December 11, 2017 at 11 o’clock and at Sts-Martyrs-Canadiens Roman Catholic Church in Iroquois Falls on Friday morning, December 15, 2017 at 11 o’clock. Interment Abitbi Cemetery Iroquois Falls. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Sts-Martyrs Canadien Church in Iroquois Falls would be appreciated by the family.

Est décédée paisiblement à l’hôpital de Haliburton, Ontario, entourée de l’amour des siens, le samedi 2 décembre 2017, à l’âge de 84 ans. Elle était la mère de Michael (Joanne), Carole et Candice (Perry Brown). Elle laisse également dans le deuil ses petits-enfants Dan, Trish, Samantha, Charlene, Scott, Jacquilyn et ses arrière-petits-enfants Zeke, Izzy et Oliver. Elle est allée rejoindre ses frères Armand, Alphonse, Philippe, Maurice et sa sœur Irene. Elle manquera aussi à plusieurs neveux et nièces, autres parents et amis.
Rose aimait prier, lire, faire du crochet et plus que tout sa famille.
Les funérailles auront lieu à l’Église Our Lady of Lourdes à Cardiff le lundi 11 décembre 2017 à 11h et à l’Église Sts-Martyrs-Canadiens à Iroquois Falls le vendredi 15 décembre à 11h. Rose sera inhumée au cimetière Abitibi d’iroquois Falls au printemps. En marque de sympathie veuillez faire des dons en faveur de la Paroisse Sts-Martyrs-Canadiens d’ Iroquois Falls.
