Life Legacy
LOISEL, Ronald Joseph – Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Monday December 11, 2017 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Marie-Claire Manningham and cherished father of Tammy McKie and Suzanne (Brian) Richardson. Loving grandfather of Brooke and Jordyne McKie, Kassandra and Reilly Richardson. Dear brother of Aline Loisel, Alcide Loisel, Norbert (Alice) Loisel and Yvon (Rejeanne) Loisel and brother-in-law of Bernadette, Yvette and Anne Loisel. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and his best friends Leo and Monique Mercier. Predeceased by his first wife Brigitte De Caen (2007) and his brothers Elzear, Pierre and Rosaire. Ron enjoyed playing pool and motorcycling and was a member of the Gold Wing Association and the Knights of Columbus. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Vigil prayers will be celebrated at 8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10 am at St. Antoine de Padoue Church. Cremation will follow, with interment at a later date in Fairview Cemetery. In memory of Ron donations to The Niagara Health Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Center) would be appreciated by his family. Online condolences at www.pattersonfuneralhome.com
