Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg on Sunday, October 15th, 2017, Ron Chesney at 78 years of age. Beloved partner of Theresa Martin. Cherished father of William (Cindy), Deby Smith (Noel), Diane Weick (Kevin), Dennis Chesney (Candice), Rhonda Chesney (Todd). Loving grandfather of Ashley, Amanda, Shannon, Kristen, Tyler, Meghan, Chase, and Viola. Dear brother of Robert (Rosanne), Betty Lambertus (Robert), Gerald (Marion), Marlene Teed (Willard), Donalda Bester, Jackie Poechman (Claire), Nadine Anstett (Allen), Tom (Jenny). Predeceased by William, Grace, Gladys, and James. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Also missed by Theresa’s children, grandchildren and extended family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Grafton on Wednesday, October 18th at 11 am. Cremation with later interment at Chepstow Cemetery. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to St. Mary’s Catholic Church – Steeple Fund. Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com.
