Rodney Urquhart
1952-2017
It is with sadness that the family of Rodney Fraser Miles
Urquhart announces his passing on January 14, 2017, at his home in
English Settlement, NB.
Born in St. Stephen, NB, he was the son of the late Clarence
and Zelpha Urquhart. Rodney loved the outdoor life. He was a
wilderness guide as well as an avid hunter and
fisherman.
Rodney is survived by a daughter, Buffy Crawford (Brent
Hunter); grandchildren, Tiffani and Trevor; siblings, Ella, Lisa,
Morris and Sharon as well as several nieces and nephews and many
friends.
In addition to his parents, Rodney was predeceased by a
brother Herbie and a sister Mary
There will be a memorial gathering held on Friday, January
20th, 2017, at 2:00 PM followed by prayers led by Rev. Dr. Neville
Gosman at 3:00 PM at McAdam’s Funeral Home (160 York Street,
Fredericton, 458-9170). Donations in Rodney’s memory can be
made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
