Robert (Bob) William Kennedy age 64 peacefully passed away after a brief illness on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Diane of 32 years. He will be fondly remembered by sister Lynda Johnson (Harold); Judy Kennedy (predeceased); niece Kim Johnson; sisters-in-law Judy O’Leary (Paul); Virginia Fauteux (Paul Gill); brother-in-law Peter Staples (Kate); nieces Jennifer (Jason); Amy (Jon); nephew Robert (Lindsay) and five great nephews and a niece. At Bob’s request there will be no funeral service. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Mill Restaurant and Pub, 990 Ontario St., Cobourg on Saturday January 14, 2017 from 1-4 pm. If desired donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com.
