At the Prince County Hospital Summerside on Monday April 17,
2017 of Robert G. Thorne of Kensington aged 64 years. Born
in Gimli, Manitoba, December 4, 1952 son of the late George and
Dorothy (Godsoe) Thorne. Husband of Barbara
(Champion) Thorne. Father of Chris Thorne (Natalie) and Todd
Thorne (Nikki). Grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 2
great-grandchildren. Brother of Anthony Thorne.
Predeceased by his sister Treva (Keith) Davison.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation
on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by the funeral in the
Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. If so desired memorial
contributions may be made to the PEI Humane Society.
