On February 6, 2017, Robert (Bob) James Lane of Edmonton passed away at the age of 78 years.
Bob is survived by his wife of 29 years, Doris; four sons and three daughters, Edward, Norm (Diane), Anne, John (Denise), Marie, Roberta (Denis) and Robert; twenty-one grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his first wife, Corinne; son, Eddie; and two brothers, Wes and Gord.
At Bob’s request no service will be held. Interment will take place at a later date at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Moncton, NB. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
