Hanley; Ricki Viola(nee Carson)
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ricki on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Trillium Mississauga Hospital of Berkeley in her 65th year. Loved and cherished by her partner Stephen Moffatt. Loving mother of Rob(Colleen Pabst) of Wasaga Beach and Ron of Feversham, fondly remembered by Derek Moffatt(Jenna Mills) and Jeremy(Brooke) Moffatt of Stratford. Beloved grandma of Darian, Mitchell, Brett, Noah, Hannah, Shyanne, Brianna, Kaleb, Boden, Benjamin and Charlotte. Dear friend and sister of Nancy(Ted) Hopkins of Irish Lake, Jack(Vicki) Carson of Priceville, Christina Hooper of Hanover and Cindy(Brent) Hopkins of Durham. Daughter of the late Richard & Mabel Carson. She will be missed by Ruby and the late Ben Hanley, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Ricki loved her sports, being a big Toronto fan; Blue Jays and the Maple Leafs, NASCAR and in her younger days an avid baseball player for the womens league in Durham. She thoroughly enjoyed crime scene investigation shows and Antique Road Show.
The family will receive friends at Fawcett Funeral Cremation Reception, Flesherton on Monday, March 20 from 1:00pm until the time of service at 2:00pm. Cremation has taken place.
