Obituary for Richard “Dick” Veevers
VEEVERS, Richard Edward “Dick” – Passed away peacefully at Ajax Pickering Hospital on Thursday December 14, 2017 at 81 years of age. Loving husband of the late Carole for 49 years. Proud father of Paul (Patty), Patti (Bob Griffen) and the late Pamela. Beloved grandfather of Jack, Gregory, Ben, Jocelyn and Colin. Dear brother of John (Jean), Joan (William Duncan) and Norman (Cheryl). A memorial service will be held at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Friday December 29, 2017 at 1 p.m. with one hour of visitation prior. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetes Association. www.roadhouseandrose.com
