Passed away at the Ottawa Civic Heart Institute, Ottawa Ont., on Wednesday November 8, 2017 at the age of 63 years, Richard Allan Creasy of Sandy Lake MB, beloved husband of Connie (nee Miller), father to Shaun, Ryan & Devon.
