June 17, 1933 – December 4, 2017
“Rev. Ed” passed away at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital on December 4th, 2017 at the age of 84 years. Remembered with love by his wife Marilyn (nee Storms), daughter Sherol (Roy), son John (Dawn), son Peter (Caroline) and six treasured grandchildren: James, Alexander, Noah, Thomas, Emily and Nicholas.
Predeceased by son James, and brothers Ted, Ron, Harry and Bob. The family would like to thank the staff at PECMH, the Prince Edward Family Health Team, the South East Local Health Integration Network, and all who have helped with Edward’s care. Memorial service will be held at Picton United Church on Saturday December 16th at 2 p.m. The Reverend Katherine Irwin officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Cressy United Church, The Mission and Service Fund of the United Church of Canada, or Ongwanada, (Kingston). The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time. Arrangements entrusted to the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton.
