Life Story for Raymond Sr. Kiseyinewakup
Raymond Cameron Kiseyinewakup Sr. was born to Paul George and Josephine Kiseyinewakup in Goodsoil, Saskatchewan on February 16, 1961. He grew up in Big Island Lake. He married and lived with Delma in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan for many years. He was a journeyman carpenter and worked in many places, he also liked doing farm work and working on the Big Island Ranch, and doing work in Alberta. He moved to Big Island and lived with Patsy also. Cam’s hobbies were golfing, visiting, and hanging around with friends and family. He loved to sing, and play guitar. Cam went to gospel church and was a Christian. He often went fishing and hunting with his cousins, Moolee and Chaloot. He liked to make his friends laugh with half songs and funny remarks and he loved to tell funny stories. His love was carpentry, and that is what he did with his two brothers, until his passing. Cameron loved his family very much and loved to build things like sheds and decks for family members.
Cameron is survived by: his wife, Delma Kiseyinewakup; his children, Cam Jr., Jennifer (Ernie), Armond, Shane, Desmond, Delphine (Lindsay), and Damera (Morris); his fifteen grandchildren; his siblings, Michael (Ermy), Chester (Bev), Vernon, Duane, Ervina (Don), Emily (Bryan), and Glen “Soup” W.; his adopted siblings, Alex, and Yzerman; his father, Paul George; his special friend, Patsy Oatchess; and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Cameron is predeceased by: his mother, Josephine Kiseyinewakup; his grandparents, Nancy (nee. Sandfly) and Frank Kiseyinewakup, and Adolphus and Cecile Peeweenese; his step-grandfather, George Kahpeepatow; his maternal great grandparents, Antione and Honorine Sandfly, and Florence Sandfly; his paternal great grandma, Katie Mitsuing; his aunts, Julia Lachance, Blossom Kiseyinewakup, Rita Kiseyinewakup, Irene Houle, and Gloria Cheenanow; and his uncle, Elmer Kiseyinewakup.
