À l’Hôpital régional d’Edmundston, le 12 mai 2017, à l’âge de 78 ans et 8 mois, est décédé M. Raymond « La Bombe » Levesque, domicilié à Edmundston, fils de feu M. Vital Levesque et de feu Mme Annie Bouchard.
Il laisse dans le deuil ses fils : James de Montréal, Mario (Yogi) de Sydney Australie, Denis (Margo Morin) d’Edmundston, ses frères et sœurs : Renette Lagacé (Ronald) d’Edmundston, Simonne Bouchard (Guy) d’Edmundston, Anne Daigle (feu Médard) d’Edmundston, Gisèle Dufour (feu Cyrice) de St-Jacques, Jacques (Paulette) de St-Jacques, Gilles (feu Rita) d’Ottawa, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Il repose maintenant auprès de ses parents ainsi que ses frères : Guy, Armand « Guysoute » et Gérald « Jack »
Ses funérailles auront lieu le mardi 16 mai 2017 à 16 h en l’église Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs avec l’inhumation au cimetière paroissial.
La famille de M. Raymond “La Bombe“ Levesque accueillera parents et ami(e)s à compter de 15 h mardi en l’église Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs. Les heures de visites seront de 15 h à 16 h.
M. Levesque était un ancien comptable agréé d’Edmundston.
Vos marques de sympathie peuvent s’exprimer par un don à l’Université de St. Francis Xavier à Antigonish Nouvelle Écosse, pour la bourse d’étude du fond Raymond Levesque.
La famille remercie sincèrement les médecins et le personnel de l’Hôpital régional d’Edmundston pour les excellents soins qu’il a reçus.
At the Edmundston regional Hospital, May 12th, 2017, Mr. Raymond “La Bombe” Levesque of Edmundston NB, passed away at the age of 78 years and 8 months. He was the son of the late Mr. Vital Levesque and the late Mrs. Annie Bouchard.
He is survived by his three sons: James of Montreal QC, Mario (Yogi) of Sydney Australia, and Denis (Margo Morin) of Edmundston, his brother and sisters: Renette Lagacé (Ronald) of Edmundston, Simonne Bouchard (Guy) of Edmundston, Anne Daigle (feu Médard) of Edmundston, Gisèle Dufour (feu Cyrice) of St-Jacques, Jacques (Paulette) of St-Jacques, and Gilles (feu Rita) of Ottawa ON, and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his parents and his brothers: Guy, Armand “Guysoute“ and Gérald “Jack“.
His funeral services will be held in the Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs church, on May 16th 2017, at 4 p.m. with interment in the parish cemetery. There will be visiting hours from 3 to 4 p.m. held in the church before his funeral services.
Mr. Levesque was a former certified accountant in Edmundston.
For those who wish, a donation to the St. Francis Xavier University of Antigonish NS, for the scholarship fund of Raymond Levesque, would be appreciated by the family.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the Edmundston regional Hospital for the excellent care provided.
