It is with profound sadness that the family of Raymond Burgoyne of Whitecourt, Alberta announce that on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, Raymond passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years at the the Mayerthorpe Auxiliary Hospital. He will be mourned by Elaine, his soulmate and wife of 64 years; his daughter Eunice (George) Venist of Blue Ridge, AB; sons: Ken (Darlene) Burgoyne of Whitecourt, AB, Paul (Wendy) Burgoyne of Stony Plain, AB, Don Burgoyne, Patricia Burgoyne, Andrew Burgoyne all of Whitecourt, AB also numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private gathering of family and friends was held at Mayerthorpe Auxiliary Hospital. Cremation has taken place.
