Raymond Charles Gader, age 57, of Swift Current SK, passed away on June 5, 2017 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon surrounded by family. Raymond was born November 15, 1959, in Swift Current SK, to Em and Lily Gader. He attended Oman School and Beatty High School. Raymond farmed with his brother, Alec, near McMahon until 2005. He was a long-time Broncos season ticket holder, since the team returned in 1986. Raymond enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, fastball, curling, hockey and going to coffee row. He loved spending time with his grandkids, having weiner roasts, and having family and friends over for fish frys. Raymond is survived by his wife, Louise; children, Tyson (Shelby), Darnelle (Andy), Nikki (Greg), Danni (Zac) and Aaron (Kelsey); all the grandchildren; siblings, Alec (Lila), Shirley (Gordon) and Alvin (Betty); sister-in-law, Leanne (Bud); brothers-in-law, Guy (Marilyn) and Louis (Estela); mother-in-law, Cecile, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Em and Lily Gader; sister, Faye Finlay; father-in-law, Archie Beaulac; sister, Judy Gader; and brother-in-law, Daniel Beaulac. Family interment was held at Memory Gardens. The memorial service was held at 1:30 p.m., June 10, 2017 at the Credit Union iPlex. The Eulogist was George Willatt, and the honorary pallbearers were all who shared in Raymond’s life. Donations in memory of Raymond may be made to the Swift Current Wildlife Federation, P.O.
