Raymond Bruce Cowan of Peace River, AB passed away on November 20, 2017 at Points West Living in Peace River, at the age of 89 years. He was born July 6, 1928 at Walpole Twp, Haldimand County, ON to Alice (nee Snivley) and Robert Cowan.
Ray is survived by his children Vikki (Don) Weaver or Peace River, AB, Ron (Mary) of Grimshaw, Margaret (Brian) Napier of St. Albert; 8 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
He is pre-deceased by his spouse Jane (2008), granddaughters Rhonda (1996) and Vanessa (1996), great-grandson Jesse (2016), daughter-in-law Rose (1995) and brother Harley (1996).
