1930-2017
Ralph M. Mark, 87, of Riverview, passed away
peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, August 14,
2017.
Born in Miscou Harbour, he was the son of the late
Hiram and Lena (Hornebrook) Marks.
Ralph was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing
and sailing.
Ralph was retired from A.P.M. Ltd. with 35
years’ service and was a member of St. Paul’s
United Church, Coverdale Lodge #52, F. & A.M., Luxor Shriners
(Mini Kar Unit), Probus Moncton as well as Moncton Rotary Club,
receiving the Paul Harris Fellow award.
Ralph will be sadly missed by his children, Alan
(Beth) of Riverview; Brian (Suzanne) of Charlottetown, PEI and Sandra
(Nazif) of Rothesay; grandchildren, Roderick and Laura; a sister,
Eunice Christmas (Gordon) of Ontario; several nieces, nephews and
extended family members.
In addition to parents Ralph was predeceased by his
wife Marian (LeCain), grandson Logan Cummings and a sister Estella
MacDonald.
A
Service to celebrate and honour Ralph’s life will be held at
St. Paul’s United Church, Cleveland Ave., Riverview, on
Thursday August 24, 2017 at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Dr. Andy
O’Neil officiating. Coverdale Lodge #52, F.
& A.M., Memorial Service will be held at 12:45 PM. Reception
in the Church Hall following the service. Interment will be held at
Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
