Obituary of Phyllis Butler
Butler, Phyllis Margaret (nee Lockhart)
A resident of Chatham, Phyllis peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home in her 91st year.
Phyllis was the daughter of the late Richard & Florence (nee Barger) Lockhart.
Beloved wife of Aubrey Butler for 63 beautiful years.
Loving mother of Cindy & Kam Duggal of Amherstburg.
Grandmother of DeAndre & Garet Duggal.
Phyllis retired from National Hardware Specialties after 10 years of service. She was an avid needle pointer, enjoyed word searches, reading, playing dominoes with her husband, Aubrey, traveling to Florida and spending time with her poodle, Brittany Margaret.
Thank You to the staff of Eden Villa & Riverview Gardens for their care and compassionate work.
Family to receive friends on Monday, October 9, 2017 at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham from 2:00 – 4:00 pm & 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Cremation to take place with Private Family Interment at a later date.
Donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to the CKHA – Diagnostic Imaging Department & Chatham-Kent Animal Rescue.
