It is with great sadness that the family of the late Patricia Doyle announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Tuesday, November 14th 2017 at the age of 68 years. Patricia had a love for people and was very friendly and out going to everyone she met. She was known for her love of line dancing, volunteer work, she loved a good party and playing cards with her friends. Leaving to mourn her husband Tom of 48 years, her son Tom in Kippens, her daughter Tola (Jeff) Hulan in Kippens, her two wonderful granddaughters Emily and Abigail. Also leaving to mourn her three brothers; David (Lynn) Woodfine in Clarenville, Patrick (Debra) Woodfine and Joseph (Paula) Woodfine both in Stephenville, her seven sisters; Nellie (Gordon) Bragg in Kippens, Julia (Peter) Gillis and Alice (Calvin) Cull both in Lawrencetown NS, Madonna Corrigan in Kippens, Darlene Greenham, Deborah Woodfine and Tamara Woodfine all in Stephenville along with a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents David and Julia Woodfine and her sister Loretta MacDonald. The family will be receiving friends at Russell’s Funeral Home on Prince Rupert Drive in Stephenville on Thursday November 16th, 2017 from 7-9 pm and on Friday November 17th, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral services will take place on Saturday November 18th, 2017 at 10 am from St. Stephen’s Parish on West Street with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery on the Hansen Highway. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Alan McComiskey and the wonderful nursing staff at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital.
